    The stepper rocks … but don’t use the resistance bands. I clipped them on securely and started using them. Within seconds they both violently snapped and hit me so hard. And like the fool I am I TRIED AGAIN. This time the plastic clip hit my arm hard so hard I had a giant immediate welt and bruise. Buy at your own risk..

    The back legs of the machine broke and we can not use the machine anymore. Poor quality.
    And we cannot return it because the shipping costs half of the machines cost. So we lost our money and have a broken machine. :(

    I have not added the arm bands to it yet, so this review is just for the stair stepper part. Loved that it came assembled and ready to use. I set it on the littlest it came with, and put it in front of the TV and got to work!
    After a few mins I could FEEL my legs crying for mercy, lol, and I walk about 10 miles a week. I’m training for a Rim to Rim hike in the Grand Canton, and I wanted something to supplement other training. After using it a few times, for just a few minutes most days a week, I already feel my legs getting stronger— especially my quads!

I am a heavy man, I weigh 144KG and I know the info says that it takes up to 150KG, I can confirm it does not. I honely am very sad as this was so perfectly simple and covered everything I needed.
